The 24th Sanmenxia Yellow River Cultural Tourism Festival opens in Henan province

　　The 24th Sanmenxia Yellow River Cultural Tourism Festival & the 6th China Specialty Products Fair opened in Sanmenxia on May 25. This year’s event has 19 activities which will cover areas of trade, sports and tourism.

　　Sanmenxia, located in western Henan province of China, is a historical and scenic city. It is one of the birthplaces of Chinese civilization. As a national garden and forest city, Sanmenxia is rich in tourism resources. It enjoys the reputation of the Pearl of Yellow River, a beautiful Swan City and Holy Land of Culture. The Yellow River culture serves as bridge of friendship which enhances cooperation between Sanmenxia and the world.

　　Successfully helded for 26 years, Sanmenxia Yellow River Cultural Tourism Festival has become a glamorous gala produced by industrious, passionate and intelligent people living along the Yellow River. 

　　 This year’s event includes Swiming Across the Yellow River, the 5th Yellow River Cantata, the 7th Tent Festival and Swan Music Festival.

　　The Yellow River Cultural Tourism Festival serves as a platform to promote economic and trade exchanges and cooperation between China and the world. The 6th China Specialty Products Fair has attracted more than 3000 exhibitors from over 20 countries and regions along the Belt and Road. The total amount of contracts is expected to reach 45 billion yuan.
