　　Suzhou Industrial Park will mark the world-class high-tech Park . Arrive from now on 2020 by creating a plateau,which is an open and co-operative high-tech-innovation, an autonomous and controllable industrial innovation plateau and an international connection, Suzhou Industrial Park will enhance the ability to bring together international innovative resources and the ability to participate in the competitiveness of international economic and technological cooperation , striving to be a new standard of reform and opening up in the new era.

　　According to the introduction, Suzhou Industrial Park will take the initiative to take over the spillover effect of the International Centre for Science, Technology and innovation in Shanghai to create an international and open innovation system. For example, by strengthening the group of self-branded enterprises and the Gazelle Enterprise Group, By the year 2020,Suzhou Industrial Park will set up 50 R&D centers and offshore incubation bases, will have a total of 30 listed companies at home and abroad，will devolop 10 new Licorne Enterprise, and own five self-brand enterprises with an annual output value of more than 10 billion yuan. It will become the preferred place for high-end talent creation and the source of international advanced technology innovation.

　　At the same time, Suzhou Industrial Park will focus on industrial cluster cultivation, aiming to bring together 1,500 high-tech enterprises, 100 functional headquarters of multinational companies and 100 high-end manufacturing demonstration enterprises around about 2020, forming a five hundred billion industrial clusters combined with new generation of information electronics, bio-medicine, artificial intelligence and other industries which will integrate and support each other.

　　In addition, Suzhou Industrial Park will further promote the comprehensive innovation and reform experiment . Around about 2020, the park will strive to become one of the regions ,with the most convenient investing and trading conditions , the most efficient administrative services, the most standardized comprehensive management and the most complete system of the rule of law.
