2018 Silk Road Celebrity China Tour" Began Its Chenlu Ancient Town Session

  On October 20th, 2018, the “2018 Silk Road Celebrity China Tour” event began its session in Chenlu Ancient Town, Tongchuan City, Shaanxi Province.

  Chenlu Ancient Town, located in the Yintai District of Tongchuan City, is the largest ceramic production base in the northwest region after the founding of Huangpu Kiln, the origin of Yaozhou Kiln. With ceramic industry as one of the pillars of local economy, it has long been well known as the “Porcelain Capital in North of Wei River”. As an important part of the Yaozhou kiln, one of the major ancient Chinese kilns, Chenlu Ancient Town enjoys a history of more than 1400 years. With its preservation of original and unique natural landscape, it is well known as “the living fossil of the ancient porcelain town”.
