On March 1, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism held the Charming Beijing special promotion event was held in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. Song also invited Mitchell to the 2019 Fragrant Hill Tourism Summit held in Helsinki, Finland. Beijing delegation also held talks with three Trinidad and Tobago representatives who have joined in WTCF last August, including Kelvin Charles, Assemblyman of Tobago House, Nadine Stewart-Philips, Secretary of Tourism, Culture and Transportation at the Tobago House of Assembly, and Kevin Pascall, Protocol officer of the Tobago House of Assembly. The topics were about developing the mutual cooperation in the fields of culture and tourism.
