The 2019 Chongqing International Marathon Organizing Committee invited runners at home and abroad to taste Chongqing hotpot

The 2019 Chongqing International Marathon has started in Chongqing, China, March 31. The organizing committee of the event treated thousands of runners at home and abroad with Chongqing cuisine, hotpot to allow participants to further experience the unique charm of Chongqing.

Hotpot is the name card and cultural symbol of Chongqing. The organizer hopes to further enhance the influence and experience of Chongqing International Marathon through diversified event service experience. On the afternoon of March 31, the free Chongqing hotpot tasting activity was officially held. 1000 marathon runners gathered at Jiangnan gymnasium square to enjoy authentic Chongqing hotpot after finishing the race to celebrate the successful completion of the race.

In order to experience the characteristic culture of Chongqing, the organizing committee of Chongqing International Marathon also presents a variety of cultural performances with unique Sichuan and Chongqing characteristics while tasting hotpot, so that runners can have a close experience of the historical and cultural heritage of Chongqing while enjoying delicious food.
