The athletes of Wuhan Aquatic Sports School won the rowing champion on the 2nd National Youth Games

Recently, the athletes of Wuhan Aquatic Sports School won a gold medal on rowing competition of the 2nd National Youth Games. The rowing team consisted of eight members including Zhang Peixin, Li Shanshan, Yang Rongrong, Li Qian, Wang Xiao, Pan Mengjiao, Sun Ning, Fu Huimin and Song Jiayi (helmsman). The team won the first place with the score of 6:30:74.

The 2nd National Youth Games Rowing Competition, hosted by General Administration of Sport of China, was held at Yao Lake International Aquatic Sports Center in Nanchang, Jiangxi province from May 20th to 24th. There were more than 400 athletes from 39 teams participating in the games. After four-day competition, the athletes of Wuhan Aquatic Sports School won excellence result with one gold, one silver and two bronze.
