The Office Towers of Raffles City Chongqing set a new blueprint for 'Office of the Future'

Raffles City Chongqing, built by CapitaLand China, has recently released information about its Office Towers. Besides offering traditional offices, Raffles City Chongqing also provides fitted offices, and co-working spaces to meet the needs of different enterprises and set a new blueprint for 'Office of the Future'.

Raffles City Chongqing is the eighth Raffles City project invested by CapitaLand China, with a total construction area of about 1.12 million square meters and a total investment of RMB 24 billion. The project consists of a 5-storey commercial podium building, 8 super-high-rise towers and China's first horizontal-skyscraper The Crystal which spans 250 meters above the ground. Raffles City Chongqing covers five core asset classes, including Grade-A Office Towers, a shopping mall, luxury residence, serviced residence and a hotel, and three unique destinations in the Crystal, i.e. a Viewing Gallery, The Private Club and Sky Garden Restaurants & Bars.
