Heihe City of Heilongjiang Province: "Chinese Year" creating a new brand of cultural exchanges in border sister cities

From Jan. 19 to Jan. 20, the "Heihe celebrates Chinese year with Blagoveshchensk" activity was held in the island mall of Blagoveshinsk City, Amur National University and other places in Russia.

The activity held by Heihe in China and Blagoveshinsk in Russia for three consecutive years has become a mechanical Spring Festival activity favored by people on both sides of the Strait. As a model city of "Sino Russian cultural exchanges" along the Belt and Road, Heihe has constantly deepened its economic, cultural and tourism exchanges with Blagoveshinsk, one of its sister cities, and has built a friends circle along the Belt and Road.
