Liaoning made a presentation in Beijing to promote winter tourism and invite investment

On November 6 and 7, a presentation was given by officials from Liaoning Province in Beijing to promote winter tourism and invite investment. The catchword of the presentation was "Celebrating the Spring Festival with Snow and Hot Spring in Liaoning".

To ride on the opportunity of rising domestic tourism after the outbreak of COVID-19, this presentation was made to spread the good name of Liaoning's culture and tourism, and attract tourists from Beijing to the experience of special winter tourism resources and products in Liaoning Province. Hopefully, this will bring more people to Liaoning's winter tourism.      

This presentation was attended by over 200 people coming from culture and tourism departments and key enterprises of 14 cities in Liaoning Province, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, as well as key culture and tourism enterprises from the rest of China.    

To seize the opportunity of Beijing-Shenyang high-speed railway to be open at the end of 2020 and deepen the coordinate development of tourism in Liaoning and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, this presentation, which was an action made in accordance with the national policy of revitalizing the old industrial bases in the Northeast and the national strategy of coordinated development for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, was given to show potential customers in Beijing special winter tourism resources and products provided by Liaoning.

Presentations were made by officials from main tourist cities passed by the Beijing-Shenyang high-speed railway. Representatives of key enterprises from Liaoning and Beijing signed cooperation agreements on the spot. A ceremony was held for the first Liaoning-Beijing self-drive tour fleet to start off.  

Businessmen were invited to invest in Liaoning at the presentation. Arrangements were made and cooperation agreements were signed for resource development and investment, between representatives of key enterprises from Liaoning and 17 key enterprises from the rest of China.
