Shenyang Holds 2021 Haizhi Elites International Forum

Shenyang of Liaoning Province held the 2021 Haizhi Elites International Forum on October 15. 

The forum themed on "Gathering Talents and Wisdom, Innovative Shenyang" was moderated by Wu Zhifeng, Vice Chairman of Shenyang Association for Science and Technology. Zhang Wenzhe, Deputy Secretary-General of Shenyang Municipal People's Government, delivered an important speech. An Zaihe, First Secretary of the Education Section of the Chinese Embassy in Japan, and Ge Zongtao, President of the New Overseas Chinese Association in Japan, attended the forum online and delivered speeches. The event was also attended by Lv Bo, Vice Chairman of Shenyang Association for Science and Technology, and other relevant leaders.

Five experts were invited, namely Professor Liu Zhen from Nagasaki Institute of Applied Science, Professor Ren Xiangshi from Kochi University of Technology, Professor Zhao Xinwei from Tokyo University of Science, Wang Feng, a fund partner from China Venture Capital Co., Ltd. and Professor Tang Cheng from Chuo University. They gave academic speeches and held exchanges from multiple perspectives, including domestic resource output, business model improvement, domestic market validation, and technology assessment. 

The event highlighted major trends of the global science, technology and economy, analyzed differences of domestic and international cutting-edge technologies, predicted future economic trends, and showcased "Opportunities in China" from global perspectives.
