Numerous City's Studies Open to the Public and Showcase the Cultural Charm of Shenyang

In Shenyang, more and more city's studies and bookstores have opened to the public. In 2021, Shenyang City plans to build one city's study in each district and county (district-level or county-level city), and at least one city's bookstore on each street.

Shenyang City's Study (Mozishan Store) has nearly 120,000 books. While meeting the basic reading needs of the public, it focuses on the selection and matching of fine books and bestsellers.

Shenyang City's Study (Mozishan Store) has set up the reading area, intelligent multimedia area, self-study area, coffee bar and others. Moreover, it offers three different styles of reading rooms, namely Chinese, European and Japanese styles.

Up to now, Shenyang has built seven city's studies and 47 city's bookstores. Efforts are being made on the design, decoration, equipment preparing and book purchasing of other city's studies and bookstores. City's studies will be located smartly together with existing public cultural facilities such as libraries, and strive to achieve the goal of "building 15-minute reading circle". City's studies and bookstores will promote the cultural development of the city and contribute to the building of Shenyang City with vitality, taste, attractiveness and warmth.

In the future, more city's studies and bookstores will start operation in Shenyang. They will enrich the spiritual life of citizens, and also become cultural symbols and landmarks that warm the city and people's heart, turning Shenyang's cultural soft power into an engine driving continuous development.
