Recently, outdoor large ski resorts in Shenyang City have started operation. Compared with previous years, major ski resorts in Shenyang have been renovated and upgraded this year.

Qipanshan Ice and Snow World in Shenyang has improved the water supply system of snow circles, snowy mountains, snow trails and other places. A new batch of snowboards have been purchased, exceeding 500 pairs at present. Baiqingzhai Ski Resort has increased the number of beds in its winter camp from 90 to 160. Guaipo International Ski Resort has increased the number of snowboards to more than 1,000, and will continue to introduce high-quality snowboards to provide more comfortable equipment for snowboarders.

In order to grasp the opportunity offered by the robust development of the ice and snow economy, and enable citizens to have a good time, ski resorts in Shenyang are elaborately preparing for activities. For example, Qipanshan Ice and Snow World will continue to hold regular events at Xiuhu Ice Rink and other places this winter. The Guandong Movie and TV Town inside Qipanshan will hold themed Lantern Festival activities and open to the public from New Year's Day next year.
