On February 8, 2022, a conference on optimizing the business environment was held in Chengdu High-tech Zone, and the "Top Ten Excellent Cases" of business environment innovation in 2021 was released, such as a new model of "blockchain + government services", a technology enterprise innovation evaluation system called "Golden Panda", digital tax employees, dual reporting system of intellectual property criminal cases, digital supervision of medical institutions, the policy benefiting enterprises "free from application", and the "online process" of subdistrict government affairs services.
