Hecun Township, Tonglu, Hangzhou: "Heheyi—Home for Talents" Officially Inaugurated

On May 22, the inauguration ceremony of "Heheyi—Home for Talents", an apartment for talents, was held in Hecun Township, Tonglu County, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. After the unveiling ceremony, five types of talents including civil servants sent to work in communities, assigned graduates, kindergarten teachers, senior managers of enterprises, and civil servants of the Party and government organizations who are not registered residents of Tonglu have moved into the apartment. Since then, "Heheyi—Home for Talents" has truly become a "home" for the young talents who come to Hecun Township to do practical work or start up a business.

Pan Lin is a young teacher at Hecun Township Central Kindergarten and also one of the first residents of "Heheyi—Home for Talents". After reading the application requirements of the apartment, she immediately submitted her application form and moved into the apartment on the day of inauguration ceremony. When she saw her room, her joy can be seen from her words and facial expressions.     

Located in the commercial area of Hecun Village, Hecun Township, "Heheyi—Home for Talents" has 11 renovated and upgraded rooms, with each room being equipped with a private bathroom, a water heater and an air conditioner. It also provides talents with a public space for free activities as well as leisure and entertainment, sets up gyms, activity rooms, reading rooms and other dedicated spaces, and equips these spaces with fitness equipment, books, or other stationery and sports goods.

In recent years, Hehe Township, in its quest of achieving a shared prosperity of mountainous areas and township, has sped up the reform of talent system and beefed up the introduction and cultivation of talents. When encouraging and supporting the return of young people and young talents to their hometowns, it is committed to improving its infrastructure and increasing its attractiveness to talents, so as to provide talents support for Hecun Township to emerge as a county-level benchmark for Zhejiang's ambition of achieving a high-quality development and building a demonstration zone for common prosperity.
