Longquanyi District Invites You to a Youthful Engagement of Chengdu Universiade

On the eve of the Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games, Malaysian student Yilynn Tang and media worker Wenhuan Yang from Chengdu received an invitation from the Longquanyi Competition Area of Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games. Coincidentally, they met and together visited important venues of the event, such as the Chengdu Universiade Village and Chengdu Dong'an Lake Sports Park, located in the Longquanyi District of Chengdu. 

Later, Wenhuan Yang invited Yilynn Tang to visit Longquan Mountain, embarking on a brief yet wonderful journey. They enjoyed the panoramic views of the mountain peaks from a unique B&B, experiencing the tranquility of the countryside. In the hometown of peach blossoms, they closely followed the guidance of instructors to practice Tai Chi. They also had the joy of fruit picking in a peach orchard, and experienced the unique charm of intangible cultural heritage by learning tie-dyeing techniques in the workshop of Shanquan Town. Lastly, they savored the delicious flavors of Sichuan cuisine at a characteristic restaurant in Longquan Mountain.

It is reported that Longquanyi District is the main battlefield of the Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games - not only the venue for the opening ceremony and events such as gymnastics and swimming, but also the location of the Chengdu Universiade Village. Currently, the preparations in Longquanyi District have entered the final sprint stage, and it sincerely invites young people from all over the world to join this youthful engagement of the Chengdu Universiade.
