The 30th China Yangling Agricultural Hi-Tech Fair Kicks Off

On the morning of September 19, the opening ceremony of the 30th China Yangling Agricultural Hi-Tech Fair (CAF) was held at the Yangling International Conference & Exhibition Center.

Co-hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Commerce, National Forestry and Grassland Administration, China National Intellectual Property Administration, Chinese Academy of Sciences and People's Government of Shaanxi Province, this year's CAF invited Uzbekistan to be the guest country of honor and Shandong Province and Hunan Province as the guest provinces of honor, and designated Yulin City in Shaanxi Province as the theme city. During the CAF, activities in four aspects will be held, including conferences and forums, exhibitions, investment promotion, and publicity and promotion.

Focusing on the food crop production strategy based on farmland management and the application of technology, and closely following the theme of technological empowerment to lead the development of modern agriculture, the 30th CAF has specially planned to hold 11 conferences and forums, including the 2023 Global Forum on Soil Health (the general session) and the 2023 Agri-Tech Venture Capital Summit - the first of its kind in China around the matchmaking and cooperation of agriculture, science and technology, and finance. Home to four indoor exhibition halls and two outdoor exhibition areas, this year's CAF invited 39 countries and five international organizations to participate. Through a combination of online & offline activities, as well as exhibitions indoors & outdoors, it will comprehensively showcase new concepts, achievements, equipment, applications, and models of agricultural technology from China and beyond.
