A Spanish Friend Experienced the Charming Dongying Through Visiting

From March 2 to 4, Alberto, a Spanish doctoral student studying at Beijing Foreign Studies University, visited Dongying, a city located in northeast Shandong Province.

During his stay in Dongying, Alberto visited Liaohe Community, Sun Tzu Cultural Park, Yellow River Culture Museum, Yellow River Delta National Nature Reserve, and Huatai Group. He explored Sun Tzu culture and Yellow River culture, appreciated the ecological environment, and experienced the industrial development vitality in Dongying.

Alberto learned about Sun Tzu culture and the history of ancient Chinese military ideas at Sun Tzu Cultural Park, visited the newsprint production base at Huatai Group, where he applauded the contributions that the local enterprise made to the economic development. After visiting, Alberto felt Dongying’s efforts to improve people’s livelihood and protect the environment through its community construction and ecological environment.

This trip left a deep impression on Alberto. He said that Dongying is a city with a long history and profound cultural heritage, and it’s making great strides forward now. He is willing to introduce Dongying to more people, help promote cultural exchanges between Dongying and Spain or even more Western countries, and make positive contributions to the friendship between the two peoples.
