In Sync with Blooms and Runs: Wufengxi, Jintang Hosts the Mass "Flowing My Way" Event

The 10th Chengdu Longquanshan Urban Forest Park & Wufengxi Half Marathon was recently held in Wufeng Town, Jintang, Chengdu, in 2024.

The event featured three categories: the half marathon, a health run, and a parent-child group run, drawing nearly 5000 participants nationwide. Moreover, a series of activities themed "Flowing My Way" in Longquan Mountain unfolded, including the intensive mountain trail race, hiking expedition, pre-race music concert, tree planting, and a showcase of Jintang's agricultural specialties, collectively engaging over ten thousand individuals.

From what has been gathered, this event has incorporated elements of Tianfu culture and the unique characteristics of Jintang. With specialty product exhibitions and diverse activities, the event is brimming with excitement, genuinely highlighting the distinct allure of Wufeng as a premier tourist destination in the Tianfu region.

It is understood that this event has been running successfully since its inception in 2015, marking its remarkable tenth year. Over the span of a decade, the event has continuously innovated, introducing new themes each year. Infused with elements of Tianfu culture and the unique characteristics of Jintang, the event features a rich variety of activities, including champion tree planting and specialty product exhibitions. This special tenth anniversary of the event promises to be full of highlights, effectively showcasing the distinctive charm of Wufeng as a premier tourist destination in the Tianfu region.
