Seminar on “Ambassador of Dialogue and Perceive Weinan” Was Held, Ambassadors in China Issued “Invitation for Cooperation” in Weinan

　　On October 31st, Seminar on “Ambassador of Dialogue and Perceive Weinan” was held in Weinan City. The seminar set up a platform for ambassadors in China and Weinan to seek potential cooperation opportunities.

　　Wang Xin, member of the Standing Committee of Weinan Municipal Committee and member of the Party Group of the Municipal Government, gave a detailed account of the situation in Weinan. Wang Xin said that Weinan has five major advantages: “good location, abundant culture, excellent situation, solid industry, and great potential”. Weinan is willing to strengthen economic and trade exchanges and expand cultural exchanges with countries whose diplomats are in China, and strengthen the cooperation with other areas to actively carry out exchanges and cooperation.

　　At the forum, chairman of CRI Online Zang Julin also said in his speech that the purpose of “The Belt and Road” City Tour into Weinan for Diplomats in China is to understand Weinan’s achievements, to feel Weinan’s abundant culture, to appreciate Weinan’s beautiful mountains and rivers, and to promote international cooperation in Weinan.

　　“This is the first time that diplomats have left Beijing since the China-Africa Cooperation Forum. In addition to dialogue among national leaders, we also hope to be able to carry out exchanges and cooperation at the grass-roots level as we have come to Weinan. Through these days, we have seen Weinan’s economic and social development, as well as the local people’s way of life and happy life”, ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Rwanda in China Charles Kayonga said.

　　In his speech on behalf of the former Chinese ambassador, Sun Jiwen, former ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of China to Gabonese Republic, put forward suggestions on multi-party cooperation. Weinan should do a good job in the field of international cooperation by doing “three things”, that is, identifying its own advantages and the right object of cooperation and find the right way of cooperation, and then improve the efficiency and success rate of cooperation.
