Yingkou Seaside Industrial Base: Project Managers with the Best Services

Industrial bases play a key role in project construction of Yingkou. In 2021, Liaoning (Yingkou) Seaside Industrial Base (the Base) will develop 90 projects on deep processing of industrial aluminum, fine chemicals, advanced equipment manufacturing and warehousing logistics, and the value of fixed asset investment will reach CNY 12.9 billion.

The start of a number of projects means millions of workers require proper housing. In this context, the Base has done a good job in coordination and provides the workers with public rental housing that has been vacant for years. The Vice-Director of the Base Tian Ye noted: "This will help us in three ways. The houses will be inhabited, the property resources will be efficiently utilized, and the enterprises will be free of worries."

The authorities have settled here one by one, including Yingkou Municipal People’s Government, public security organs, and the Public Service Center. Joining them are athletic venues, colleges, high-end hotels and financial institutions, such as the Olympic Sports Center, Yingkou Institute of Technology, Howard Johnson International and Yingkou Branch of Postal Savings Bank of China. Besides, service projects like Yingkou Trade Center of Fruits, Vegetables and Aquatic Products have been accomplished and  come into use. The new seaside urban areas around the Base are witnessing rapid development and modernization.

In order to cultivate a number of talents for the enterprises, the Managing Committee of the Base has, over the year, promoted the deep integration of industries, academic institutions, research institutes and markets by signing cooperation agreements with numerous colleges and universities like Institute of Yingkou, Dalian University of Technology.

Specific managers will be in charge of each project, and the Base will continuously improve the mechanism of providing such services. Moreover, the three-level grid-like service system featuring great connectivity will support companies at all stages of their development.
