Lao National Television Stages Liaoning Singing and Dancing Gala to Welcome the Spring Festival with Lao Audiences

On January 30, Lao National Television will stage "Merry Spring Festival Evening Party - Chinese New Year Celebration 2022 with the Laos". It is the first time that Lao National Television will broadcast China's special evening party programme themed on "Merry Spring Festival". The programme is organized by Liaoning Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, centered on the theme of "Merry Spring Festival" and the Chinese New Year, in which Liaoning provincial song and dance troupe will, under the guidance of the department, present the show by integrating the local cultural characteristics.

This programme is co-produced by Liaoning Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and the China Cultural Center in Laos. It is an exclusive singing and dancing gala of the Spring Festival specially designed for Lao audiences and local overseas Chinese, which enables the Lao people and overseas Chinese to celebrate the Spring Festival and usher in good fortune together.

In the evening party, the dance "Amazing Spring and Autumn" will integrate Chinese classical dance with Chinese ink wash painting, allowing viewers to feel the tranquil beauty created by the wonderful integration. The acrobatic show "Chinese Knot" takes the Chinese knot, a symbol of traditional Chinese culture, as an important element of creation, and vividly recreates the unique Oriental charm and the colorful process of braiding, which symbolizes good luck in the coming new year. The singing and dancing performance named "New Heaven and Earth" integrates the art forms of singing and dancing to show the Chinese people's expectation to embrace a brand new future and make greater achievements.
