In 2009, Baihe straw weaving was included in the List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Sichuan Province. In order to better inherit and carry forward this skill, in recent years, the Lihua Street community of Baihe Street has established a straw weaving workshop, dedicated to promoting the straw weaving culture. The products produced are exported to overseas markets such as Singapore and Malaysia. Among them, Baihe straw hats are widely welcomed by consumers due to their fine workmanship, bright colors, comfort and durability.
