Come to Wanlimiao Pedestrian Street in Shijiazhuang for Shopping and Amusement as the New Year Approaches

The New Year is coming, Wanlimiao Pedestrian Street has planned a variety of themed activities offering festive atmosphere for all tourists.

The Culture and Sports Bureau Xinhua District will organize a series of activities and performances including Beijing Opera, catwalk shows and dancing. On the three-day holiday for New Year, there will be a "New Year's Fair of Cultural Heritage". From December 26 to February 5, an Ice and Snow Carnival will begin to welcome guests. From December 31 to February 5, a New Year Temple Fair (also known as Miaohui) of Wanlimiao celebrating the Year of the Rabbit will be held. Besides, a New Year Firework Show will start at midnight on December 31 at which time special guests will come to Wanlimiao and make New Year's resolutions with audience. There will also be a lot of interesting events such as lucky bags distribution and a Han costumes (or Hanfu) parade.
