A "Dream City" from 80 Years Ago

Some 80 years ago, amid the on-going war efforts to repel Japanese invaders, there was a Chinese city nicknamed "a city of youth." It had the magnetism that attracted many young people from across the country and even from abroad, with some of them walking there barefoot from thousands of miles away and many considered their journey as a kind of pilgrimage.
