On the eve of the Spring Festival, we went to the "Wu bi yi" soy sauce base of Yongxingcheng in Hejiang County, Luzhou City, Sichuan Province. As the intangible cultural heritage of Sichuan Province, Yongxingcheng has always adhered to the purpose of health, green and safety, insisted on the manual ancient method of brewing, and promoted the economic development of Hejiang industry.
