The conference seeks to cater to enterprises' financing needs with targeted services and establish a platform that will foster cooperation between enterprises and fintech institutions. Moreover, it aims to address the financing challenges faced by private enterprises, particularly micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) by using more accurate and effective measures.

The platform is to cover a larger number of MSMEs with loans and provide them with easy and convenient access to loans they need after it is put into operation. It will assist businesses in overcoming the challenges of securing loans while also lowering financing costs. Thus, it provides robust support for Hunan's high-quality economic and social development.

The joint issuance of the 2023 Fintech Plan by five corporate financial institutions, namely Chasing Financial, Hunan Rural Credit Cooperatives Union, Bank of Hunan, Bank of Changsha, and Bank of Sanxiang in the conference is aimed at driving the digital transformation of financial institutions and real economy enterprises in Hunan. The plan also seeks to effectively attract more fintech enterprises to Hunan Financial Center.

"Xiangjiang New Area is committed to leveraging the Hunan Financial Center to establish a top-notch business environment that prioritizes markets, international development, and legal operations. It plans to provide all financial institutions and real economy enterprises including fintech enterprises with comprehensive services and guarantees covering all factors and industry stages. In addition, the new area will encourage enterprises to strive ahead, be more competitive, and showcase greater courage to make investments," said Tan Yong, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee, Secretary of CPC Working Committee of Xiangjiang New Area (Changsha National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone), and Secretary of CPC Yuelu District Committee.
