In the previous five sessions of the China International Import Expo (CIIE), Hubei Province has organized over 9,600 participating units, leading to a total transaction volume of USD 4.26 billion. During this period, Hubei also hosted more than 30 trade and investment supporting events, including the China-Nordic Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum, facilitating the signing of over 300 major procurement and investment projects, yielding fruitful results.

This year, Hubei looks forward to attracting more entrepreneurs and purchasers through the CIIE, enabling them to learn about Hubei and bring advanced concepts and technologies to the province. The aim is to help high-quality global goods and services enter the central region of China and reach the entire country.

During the event, three companies, including Wuhan Changjiang International Trade Group Co., Ltd., an important buyer at the CIIE, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

The 6th CIIE is scheduled to be held in Shanghai from November 5th to 10th, 2023. Currently, more than 1,300 companies have already signed up to participate, including 285 Fortune 500 and leading enterprises, marking a new record in terms of participant numbers.
