Executives of Transnational Corporations Dialogue with Hubei on Topic of 'Opening up'

Fortune 500 Dialogue with Hubei Roundtable and the Third Meeting of International Business Leader's Advisory Council for the Governor of Hubei was held in Wuhan on March 23. Renowned executives from Fortune 500 and transnational corporations gathered to discuss the development of Hubei. International entrepreneurs attending the meeting expressed that they are optimistic about the development prospect of Hubei and will strengthen exchanges and cooperation to become "strong partners" of Hubei.

On the same day, the participating executives of Fortune 500 and transnational corporations exchanged views under the theme of "Gathering Vitality from Home and Abroad through Opening up". At the meeting, seven international entrepreneurs were hired as the International Business Consultants for the Governor of Hubei.

According to the statistics, there are currently 325 Fortune 500 enterprises in Hubei, more than that of any other province in the central region of China. Yu Feng, president of Honeywell China, said that China has become Honeywell's second-largest market in the world and the largest growing market. "In the past three years, Honeywell's emerging market headquarters in China has achieved business expansion in six major areas including logistics retail, smart manufacturing, security protection, medical health, and smart life in Hubei."
