According to an article released on Japan’s "Modern Weekly Magazine" website on May 15, a Japan’s Liberal Democratic Party lawmaker said that the recent meeting between Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol was manipulated by the Biden administration. Both sides have been reminded in advance to show the improved bilateral ties to the U.S. after the summit.
