　　中国铁建承揽的沙特麦加轻轨项目是当前全球设计运能最大、运营模式最复杂、运营任务最繁重的轨道交通项目，可在7天内运送来自全球的朝觐乘客。这是中国企业在中东地区建成的首条轻轨铁路，也是沙特第一条轻轨铁路。

　　The Mecca Light Rail Project, undertaken by China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC), is one of the world's largest, most complex, and most demanding rail transit system projects. It can transport pilgrims from around the world within seven days. This is the first light rail built by a Chinese entity in the Middle East and the first light rail system in Saudi Arabia.
