Jiaozuo, Henan: Smart Power Fuels the Vibrant Development of Modern Planting Industry

Recently, at the strawberry cultivation base in Fucun Village, Heyong Street, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province, China, staff of the State Grid Jiaozuo Power Supply Company walked along rows of growing strawberry seedlings, providing considerate services to customers, checking for potential electrical hazards, and raising electrical safety awareness.

There are 20 strawberry greenhouses, each with an output of 2,000 kilograms. The cultivation of strawberries needs highly favorable environment, including constant temperature and steady humidity. Stable and reliable power supply provides strong support for strawberry cultivation.

To ensure an uninterrupted power supply for the strawberry cultivation base, the State Grid Jiaozuo Power Supply Company dispatched staff to provide on-site services. They conducted thorough inspections of the greenhouse’s electrical systems, including wiring, meter boxes, machines, power switches, outlets, and water pumps, to identify and address potential safety hazards. Faulty switches and outlets were promptly repaired or replaced. Additionally, they distributed brochures  providing guidance on safe electricity use to the strawberry growers, to raise their awareness and equip them with related knowledge.

Looking ahead, the State Grid Jiaozuo Power Supply Company will continue to leverage its strengths, supporting the development of regional industries to constantly inject impetus into rural revitalization.
