On February 18, Hu Yanlin and Liang Ning, staff of State Grid Nanchang Power Supply Company, went to Jiangxi Knitwear Creative Industry Park to help the enterprises achieve a good start to the new year by providing critical power service.

Jiangxi Knitwear Creative Industry Park stands as the core of Nanchang modern knitwear industry cluster. Home to over 100 knitwear enterprises, it is the largest knitwear industry base in Jiangxi Province.

In February, enterprises are accelerating their efforts to fulfill orders and expedite progress, keenly seizing the golden production period at the onset of spring. To ensure reliable power supply,  State Grid Nanchang Power Supply Company proactively provided on-site services to learn about the operational circumstances of the enterprises and their development plans. They attentively listened to the enterprises' feedback on power supply services and provided guidance on reduction in power consumption. Moreover, staff members assisted those enterprises in checking electrical equipment, addressing any power-related issues, thereby contributing to their successful resumption of operation.

As the scale of the knitting enterprises expand and orders surge, the existing transformer capacity has become insufficient to meet the increasing demands for power. In response to the overall power demand of the enterprises, State Grid Nanchang Power Supply Company, adopting a personalized "one-on-one" service approach, established a service team led by the customer manager to match comprehensively match the project development and electricity needs. They installed four additional 315 KVA transformers to meet the rising electricity demands.

In the next step, State Grid Nanchang Power Supply Company will continue to strengthen the tracking and guidance of the resumption of production, and customize comprehensive services for enterprises.
