In recent years, Shanxi Power Supply Station under State Grid Wenzhou Power Supply Company has adopted a refined “micro-grid” method to deliver power services to thousands of households, making stable power supply the foundation of local people's happiness. Shanxi Power Supply Station has innovatively constructed a three-level service network of “power supply station-district-grid”, dividing the whole town into 15 micro-grids, with one grid administrator responsible for four to five administrative villages within each grid.

In order to provide more convenient services for people’s life, State Grid Wenzhou Power Supply Company has worked together with local governments and other departments including water supply, gas, communication to establish a “grid + public service” team, extending the services from a single power field to multiple fields. Residents only need to submit their requests online via the community WeChat group or at the Party-Mass Service Center to enjoy “one-stop” on-site services.
In addition, during the peak tourist season, the power supply station introduced a “point-to-point” service mechanism, developed power supply plans and emergency response plans to ensure worry-free electricity use in agriculture, industry and tourism, and helped upgrade local industries and support rural economic development. During the summer peak season, the power supply station has collaborated with subdistrict communities to establish a “power supply + street” grid working group to conduct in-depth inspections for potential hazards in key enterprises and customize peak-shifting electricity use plans.
