Power Empowers the Accelerated Development of New Materials Manufacturing Enterprises in Jiaozuo, Henan

Recently, staff members from the Huaifu Central Substation of the State Grid Jiaozuo Power Supply Company visited Henan Lindu New Packaging Materials Co., Ltd., located in the Qinyang Economic Development Zone, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province, China, and assisted in inspecting the distribution equipment on the production line at its workshop to eliminate potential safety hazards.

Henan Lindu New Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. primarily produces multi-layer corrugated cardboard and cartons. With two smart production lines and an annual output of 150,000 tons of high-grade corrugated cardboard, the company has a large electricity demand, with an average monthly consumption of around 130,000 kWh.

Since resuming work after the Chinese New Year, the production lines and equipment at Henan Lindu New Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. have been running at full speed. To fully support the production of various companies, the State Grid Jiaozuo Power Supply Company organized staff to visit enterprises proactively and assess their production plans and electricity needs They conducted comprehensive inspections of the company’s electrical equipment and promptly eliminated potential safety hazards. They also assessed the changes in load at different times in the production workshop, tailoring personalized energy-saving solutions to reduce the company’s production and operating costs.

At the same time, the State Grid Jiaozuo Power Supply Company optimized power distribution, strengthened inspections of the grid lines and equipment, and conducted special patrols and maintenance on public power lines and equipment related to the enterprises, ensuring a reliable power supply for safe production.
