Recently, staff from the State Grid Jiyuan Power Supply Company collaborated with representatives from Jiyuan Huiji New Energy Co., Ltd. to inspect and approve a new charging station that is set to launch in the parking lot of Jianye Tianxi Community in Jiyuan City, Henan Province. This initiative ensures safe charging and promotes eco-friendly travel for residents.

The importance of charging stations as essential infrastructure has become increasingly evident with the growing popularity of electric vehicles. The State Grid Jiyuan Power Supply Company is closely aligned with the development needs of the new energy vehicle industry. The company is fully committed to advancing the construction of charging infrastructure by optimizing grid access, innovating operation and maintenance modes, and strengthening technical support.

To address the high volume and widespread locations of installation requests, the State Grid Jiyuan Power Supply Company has formed dedicated service teams to resolve issues throughout the entire installation process. Meanwhile, it has reduced the average response time to just two business days. Leveraging digital tools, the company has established WeChat communication groups to improve collaboration and efficiency. Additionally, it has implemented policies to offer "zero-visit, zero-approval and zero-cost" services, thereby ensuring a seamless experience for customers.

Over the past six months, the State Grid Jiyuan Power Supply Company has received 48 installation applications and successfully completed power supply for 24 sites, including parking lots at the People’s Hospital and Jianye Tianxi Community. The total power supply capacity reached 15,330 kVA, saving customers approximately 10 million yuan in infrastructure costs.
