Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on a range of pressing topics such as data security governance, cooperation in the robotics industry, cross-border digital infrastructure, and leveraging Hong Kong’s geographical and policy advantages.

The dialogue emphasized that an open, inclusive, and cooperative ecosystem is essential to harness the opportunities of digital and intelligent transformation in order to shape a brighter future in the era of artificial intelligence (AI).

Attendees observed that AI is reshaping the global economic landscape, heightening the need to develop adaptable policy frameworks and cross-sector innovation. They expressed hope that the WIC would continue to serve as a vital platform for meaningful public-private dialogue, helping forge new pathways for industrial development and international digital cooperation in the AI era.
