Russia's Largest E-Commerce Platform Establishes Industry Incubation Base in Jiangxia District, Wuhan

Recently, Wuhan Huien Network Technology Co., Ltd., a company based in Jiangxia District, Wuhan, was authorized as the Chinese Customer Service Center for Wildberries, Russia's largest online retailer. This makes it the fifth authorized industrial incubation base for Wildberries in China and the first in the central region.

Wildberries E-Commerce Platform

Wildberries is currently Russia's largest e-commerce platform. Founded in 2004, it has been a dominant player in the industry for 20 years, commanding over 40% of Russia’s domestic e-commerce market. The platform boasts more than 470 thousand active sellers and handles over 12 million daily orders, with order volume growing at an annual rate of 118%. Its revenue has also been increasing by 100% year-on-year. According to relevant data from 2023, Russia’s online import sales reached 313 billion rubles, with Chinese products accounting for 90% of the total. In 2024, Wildberries fully opened its platform to the Chinese market. Seizing this opportunity, Jiangxia District proactively engaged with Wildberries’ headquarters and successfully obtained authorization in March 2025 to establish the Wuhan Industry Incubation Base for Wildberries’ China Merchant Service Center.

Currently, the Wuhan Industry Incubation Base of Wildberries China Merchant Service Center has attracted over 30 trading enterprises, including Wuhan Bosiruili Trading Co., Ltd. As a garment export company, it has been selling products on international e-commerce platforms like Alibaba and AliExpress, achieving an annual output value of 70 million yuan.
