Yili Accelerates Global Expansion with New Product Launch in Hong Kong

On May 20th, Yili Group held a global new product launch event in Hong Kong, officially introducing three infant formula products and signing a strategic cooperation agreement with Wanning, Hong Kong's largest health retail chain.

The event marked the debut release of the "2025 Key Achievements in Breast Milk Research" compiled by its Global Maternal and Child Nutrition Research Center in collaboration with international experts. Officials stated the compendium showcases 13 scientific achievements by Yili in fields like human milk oligosaccharides (HMO) and infant gut microbiota, systematically demonstrating the cutting-edge breakthroughs of Chinese enterprises in global maternal-infant nutrition research.

The formula products entering the Hong Kong market are produced at the “Yili Health Valley,” a global benchmark base for intelligent manufacturing in Hohhot. The facility integrates advanced equipment and technologies from over 50 top international suppliers across more than ten countries including Germany, the UK, the US, France, the Netherlands, Denmark, Switzerland, and Finland, making it one of the world’s leading formula production bases in terms of single-site scale, technological application, and digital intelligence.

Currently, Yili has established 81 production bases worldwide, covering complete categories including liquid milk, formula, and frozen desserts. Through its coordinated R&D mechanism across 15 major innovation centers, it is transforming research achievements into health products for global consumers.
