Hengnan Qishan Mountain National Forest Park, one of the 72 peaks of Mount Heng, straddles the borders of Hengnan, Hengyang, and Qidong counties in Hunan Province. It sits at an elevation of 570.6 meters.

Qishan Mountain is home to over 400 plant species, making it a precious natural plant gene bank and specimen garden in China. It is also the only well-preserved secondary forest in the Jiangnan region. Today, it is recognized as a national forest park and a national AAAA-level tourist attraction. At the heart of the forest park lies Fenghuang Valley, where the forest is rich in negative air ions, earning Qishan Mountain a reputation as a natural oxygen bar.
