In recent years, State Grid Hangzhou Power Supply Company has anchored its efforts to the “dual carbon” goals, continuously optimizing the entire process for photovoltaic (PV) grid connection. By simplifying approval procedures and shortening the connection cycle, the company ensures that PV projects can quickly access the power grid, thus enhancing the grid’s capacity to integrate photovoltaic power.
As photovoltaic technology evolves and upgrades, more enterprises are turning to PV systems to meet their power demands, achieving green and sustainable development. However, with the recent rise in temperatures, the high levels of sunlight and heat have accelerated the aging of components in PV systems, such as cables and electronic devices, increasing the likelihood of equipment failures. To ensure the safe operation of photovoltaic power, State Grid Hangzhou Power Supply Company has carried out targeted inspections of PV enterprises within its jurisdiction to guarantee the stable operation of PV systems at the source.
On June 18, employees of State Grid Hangzhou Power Supply Company visited Hangzhou Aotans Fabric Co., Ltd. to provide professional technical services and conduct intelligent inspections on key equipment in its distributed PV system. Meanwhile, they provided the company with essential knowledge on PV power station operation and maintenance, as well as electricity billing, to ensure stable grid-connected power generation during the peak summer season and to aid in the efficient utilization of photovoltaic power.

On the rooftop of the factory building, the company's employees meticulously checked PV panels, inverters, switches, and other equipment, conducting comprehensive and precise testing of the photovoltaic power generation system to ensure everything was operating correctly.Wang Liang, an employee from the power supply company, patiently explained the operation and maintenance precautions for the PV power station to customers, and provided a live demonstration of inspection and maintenance procedures for PV equipment.
Looking ahead, State Grid Hangzhou Power Supply Company plans to further develop a comprehensive and multi-level green service system. By fostering a more optimal photovoltaic development ecosystem, it aims to ensure the safe and efficient utilization of clean energy, deepen energy-saving and carbon-reduction practices, and contribute to the high-quality development of the local green low-carbon economy.
