On July 25, two technicians from the State Grid Jiaozuo Power Supply Company inspected the Zhuquan Water Park in Xizhanggan Village, Motou Town, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province, carrying tool bags to inspect for potential electrical hazards.

In 2024, Xizhanggan Village developed the Zhuquan Cultural Tourism Project by leveraging its abundant bamboo forests and spring water resources. The project introduced new electricity-powered attractions such as wave-making machines, spotlights, and sound systems. To meet the growing power demands of the village's tourism sector, State Grid Jiaozuo Power Supply Company upgraded the local power distribution system, expanded transformer capacity, and established a dual-source power supply system. Dedicated staff were also assigned to provide targeted services and guidance on safe electricity use, as well as to promptly handle any unexpected power failures, ensuring a safe and reliable power supply for the scenic area.

In recent years, Jiaozuo has actively promoted the integration of cultural tourism with sports, performing arts, short dramas, and educational tours, driving the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas. Today, Xizhanggan Village receives around 200,000 visitors annually, generating more than 3 million yuan in tourism revenue. To align with the growing power needs of the cultural tourism sector, State Grid Jiaozuo Power Supply Company has accelerated power grid upgrades while regularly dispatching staff to key tourism sites. They carry out safety inspections, raise awareness of power safety, and help eliminate potential electrical risks. The company has also opened a dedicated green channel for cultural tourism-related power services, optimizing the application process and reducing wait times, further enhancing tourism operations and contributing to rural revitalization.
