The Japanese government is planning to provide reconnaissance drones free of charge to certain countries. Behind this move lies the hype over so-called “Chinese maritime expansion.” By offering such “assistance” to “like-minded” Asian nations, Tokyo is in fact trying to strengthen its own security network layout.
Yet, despite waving the banner of a “peace constitution,” its true intention is glaringly plain to see: breaking free from the constraints of the peace and pushing strategic expansion across the Asia-Pacific.
