Zero-Fault Power Safeguard: High-Quality Electricity Ensures a Successful Cultural Gala

From October 31 to November 2, the 2025 Hengdian Film and Television Cultural Industry Development Conference was held in "Hollywood East". Members of the Red Boat Service Team from State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power (Jinhua) laid a safe, stable, and reliable power lifeline for this cultural feast.

The conference connected internationally and focused on cutting-edge trends, creating a co-creation and sharing platform for film and television practitioners and enthusiasts. It featured a variety of events, including the 11th Wenrong Awards Red Carpet Show and Ceremony, Hengdian Micro-Drama Night, and the China Film Art Society Annual Meeting. The agenda covered industry exchanges, achievement exhibitions, and award recognitions across five venues including Yuanming New Garden (Summer Garden) and the VIP Building Hotel.

In advance, State Grid Jinhua Power Supply Company coordinated with the Hengdian Town government to establish a power supply guarantee working group and develop a three-tier power assurance system consisting of one overall plan, five sub-plans, and several special emergency plans. To address potential extreme weather or emergencies, detailed response procedures were formulated to ensure a command system that responds swiftly, makes accurate decisions, and executes effectively.

The team members used drones, infrared thermography, and other methods to conduct special inspections of the venues' power lines and equipment, promptly detecting and rectifying any potential defects.

Not only did you voluntarily check the circuits for us, but you also brought a mobile generator, providing double insurance for our conference,” praised the person in charge of Yuanming New Garden (Summer Garden). During the three-day event, State Grid Jinhua Power Supply Company assigned service team members to continuously monitor the power conditions at each venue, conducting thorough inspections of lighting equipment, low-voltage distribution boxes, cables, and especially temporary power facilities. With the successful conclusion of the conference, the power supply guarantee work also ended triumphantly, fully achieving the goals of zero equipment failure, zero voltage flicker for customers, and zero operational errors."
