　　本片为中船集团与厄立特里亚合作开展的阿斯马拉矿业重油电站EPC项目工作纪实，讲述了现场项目负责人邹亮在共建“一带一路”的广阔舞台上迎难而上、矢志前行的动人故事。影片不仅记录了一座电站的诞生，更展现了当代央企员工不负时代、勇于担当的青春风采。

　　The film "Raising Hope: A Year in Eritrea" documents the Asmara Mining Heavy Oil Power Station EPC Project, a collaboration between China Shipbuilding Trading Company and Eritrea. It tells the inspiring story of on-site project manager Zou Liang, who faced challenges head-on and remained committed to his mission on the broad stage of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). Beyond showcasing the birth of a power station, the film highlights the determined spirit and sense of responsibility embodied by the new generation of state-owned enterprise employees.
