Keep the Passion

　　在中建埃及新首都CBD项目现场，电气工程师张凯鑫身兼双重使命：作为项目"鲁班学院"的中国导师，他将中国优秀建造技术、优秀文化带给埃及管理人员；作为两位埃及徒弟的"中国师父"，他手把手地教会了徒弟如何使用BIM软件，并在每天的工作搭档和生活支持中，形成了十足的默契与合力。

　　At the site of the new capital CBD project in Egypt by CSCEC, Zhang Kaixin, an electrical engineer, shoulders a dual mission: As a Chinese mentor of the "UWB College", he imparts China's outstanding construction techniques and culture to Egyptian managers; as the "Chinese master" of two Egyptian apprentices, he has taught them how to use BIM software step by step, and through daily work collaboration and life support, they have developed a strong sense of teamwork and synergy.
