The relevant person in charge of the Luoyang Urban Management Bureau introduced that this year's Fair will further highlight "groundbreaking creativeness, immersive experience, and youthful consumption", with cultural creativeness as the leading factor, supported by technological elements. Focusing on the interests of young generations, the Fair aims to enhance the experience of visitors, especially those young visitors to Luoyang, and make Luoyang a well-recognized destination among them.

According to the schedule, this year's Fair will be held from January 22 to February 6 (from the first to the 16th day of the first month of the lunar calendar) at the Botanical Garden of Sui-Tang Luoyang City National Archaeological Site Park (including Congzhengfang Park) and Wangcheng Park. The theme of the sub-event at the Botanical Garden of Sui-Tang Luoyang City National Archaeological Site Park is "Jade Rabbit Celebrates the Spring Festival, Intangible Heritage Shines in Sui-Tang" while that of the sub-event at Wangcheng Park is "Jade Rabbit Celebrates the Spring Festival in Wangcheng, Lanterns Shine during the traditional Chinese New Year".

Compared with the previous years' sessions, this year's Fair will involve the displays of traditional Chinese folk culture as always, including a Spring Festival lantern show, lion and dragon dance, Ansai waist drum dance, row drum dance, and other performances regarding intangible cultural heritage items. The Fair this year will also include an agricultural exhibition themed "Celebrating the Spring Festival while Promoting Consumption to Revitalize Rural Economy", offering preferential policies for the participating sellers, such as "no extra fees", "no charge for stalls" and "free water and electricity supply". It is believed that the Fair would bring good products from the countryside to the public and, consequentially, further revitalize the rural economy.

In addition, to further strengthen the immersive experiences, activities including "Hello, Hanfu: Traditional Beauty of Traditional Clothes of the Han Ethnic Group", an imitation show featuring Bruce Lee and Michael Jackson, and a show titled "The Return of the Hero, Phoenix on Fire" will be held at Wangcheng Park. For visitors to the Botanical Garden of Sui-Tang Luoyang City National Archaeological Site Park, they will be greeted by Datiehua (a form of traditional Chinese fireworks made by casting molten irons in the air) performance, the Dragon Dance show, the "Modern Fashion in Tang Style" show, the "Cute Pets Tour" in Congzhengfang Park, and more. Visitors can feel a strong festive atmosphere in Luoyang through these immersive activities.
