　　周鑫宇，北京外国语大学公共外交研究中心高级研究员、副主任、秘书长。中国人民大学和美国加州大学旧金山分校联合培养博士，国际问题专栏作者，凤凰国际智库学术主任、中国国际广播电台特约评论员。发表核心期刊学术论文20余篇，国际时事评论文章180余篇。出版专著（编著、合著）6部。新作《中国如何自我表达》曾登上“当当网”中国外交类畅销书前3名、政治类新书榜前3名。

　　Prof. Xinyu Zhou is the deputy director and secretary in chief at Center for Public Diplomacy Studies, Beijing Foreign Studies University. He got his doctor’s degree in political science from the joint program in Remin University of China and San Francisco State University, California. Dr. Zhou is also working as the academic director of Phoenix International Think Tank part-time. For recent years he has been a renowned columnist on international relations and a constant commentator of China Radio International. He has published more than 20 academic papers, 180 articles on newspaper and magazines in recent 5 years. He is the author, co-author and editor of 6 books. His new book “How Does China Advocate Herself” is the best-seller among public diplomacy books in China in 2014.
