Sichuan Meishan: Promoting Economic Development with Project Construction

In September 2019, China's first Legoland theme park was officially launched in Meishan, Sichuan Province. In December 2020, Meishan Area of Tianfu New Area was awarded one of the national demonstration zones for creative promotion of import trade. In June 2021, China's first independent tourist attraction with the theme of Peppa Pig - Peppa Pig International Cultural Tourism Project officially settled in Meishan, Sichuan Province...Over the years, a great deal of the world's industrial giants and major projects have gathered in Meishan.

Under the guidance of the opening-up policy, in recent years, Meishan has successfully introduced more than 600 high-quality projects, with a total investment of over 1.2 trillion yuan, including 30 projects worth 10 billion yuan. At the same time, it has been committed to Belt and Road cooperation, and makes great efforts to build itself into a new highland of inland opening-up.
