Recently, Shenyang witnessed the holding of the Overseas Regional Finals of the 2022 China Shenyang Overseas Elites Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition.
After participating in roadshows and defense presentations, two projects respectively from Thailand and Japan won the first prizes. There are six other projects won the second prize and ten won the third prize.

For more than five months, the Overseas Regional Finals of 2022 China Shenyang Overseas Elites Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition have highlighted more than 50 featured activities and collected over 180 projects of overseas enterprises and technical talents returned from abroad.
After fierce competition, 40 projects entered the finals, spanning eight time zones. There were eight projects of high-end equipment and new materials, 12 industries of digital multi-application scenarios, nine projects of artificial intelligence and Internet of Things industries, and 11 projects of biomedical and big health industries.

The competition was held online and offline while facilitated with simultaneous interpretation. During the two-day finals, roadshow teams from 12 countries including Japan, Malaysia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Thailand, Germany, Australia and Singapore demonstrated their project advantages through the "Cloud Roadshow".

For the competition, the judge experts agreed that it featured numerous high-quality projects, cutting-edge science and technology, and great project feasibility. Many investment companies noted that they would continue to support the projects, follow and participate in the projects' landing.
