Recently, a video of Belarus’ President Alexander Lukashenko chopping wood has gone viral. In the video clip, Lukashenko gets down to chopping wood, saying “ I wouldn’t let Europe freeze to death this winter”. With gas prices soaring, some Europeans are planning to stock up on wood to heat their homes this winter. However, the price of firewood has risen sharply as well.
